Measure around the fullest part across the bust points, keeping the tape horizontal.
Waist
Relax and measure around the top of your ribcage, under your bust.
Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part, keeping the tape straight and parallel to the floor.
Inseam
Measure the inside length of your leg from the crotch to the bottom of your ankle.
